Current Projects

We are excited to have started work on an exciting new development nestled into the foothills of the Sawtooth Mountains overlooking Grand Marais. Eight homesites have been established and design work for each property is in the works now. Summer of 2025 will see completion of all road and infrastructure work, with the first foundations going in as well. The small footprint ultra-efficient homes will be situated to take in views of Lake Superior, Grand Marais proper, and the surrounding woods. Hiking, biking and ski trails are literally out the back door and we hope these homes will attract individuals who enjoy our public lands as much as we do!
